Hari’s career began at the Financial Services Authority in London where she was part of a dynamic team responsible for creating the integrated regulatory body. Hari was instrumental in drafting aspects of the FSA Handbook on Rules and Guidance.
Subsequently, she joined leading investment bank, Goldman Sachs in London where she was responsible for implementing and monitoring FSA systems and controls on behalf of the bank. In 2003 and during the inception of the Dubai International Financial Centre, Hari joined the Dubai Financial Services Authority and was instrumental in developing parts of the common law system and the DFSA regulations, including the internal processes which apply within the DIFC. In 2007 Hari left the DFSA and together with two strategic partners, established Praesidium LLP, a regulatory and client advisory firm. In a short period of time Praesidium has gained tremendous momentum and is highly regarded amongst some of the most established global banks and Fortune 500 companies.

Emad possesses more than twenty years of experience in investments and corporate finance. He joined Kuwait Finance House (KFH) in 1999, and currently heads the International Investment Department which is responsible for international corporate finance and investment banking services. In his previous position in KFH, he worked as Deputy Head of Direct Investment Department. Prior to that, Emad was with Kuwait Investment Authority (KIA), the investment arm of Kuwait Government, for 15 years, where he was instrumental in setting-up the Direct Investment Department of KIA. He holds key board positions in a number of companies.
Emad is a frequent speaker at leading international conferences, including Euromoney conferences, and is a key contributor for the development of Islamic capital market. Emad holds a B.S. Degree from Kuwait University and has completed the Executive Finance Program of INSEAD, France.

Mohammed Al-Sheikh joined White & Case LLP in February 2001. He is engaged in general corporate practice and concentrates in particular on international commercial and financial transactions including privatization, telecommunications, project finance, energy and cross-border projects.
Of particular note, Mohammed is experienced in various aspects of Islamic law and Islamic finance and the telecommunications, energy, power and water sectors in Saudi Arabia. He has been a guest speaker to discuss the legal aspects of BOT transactions at the BOT conference organized by the Islamic Development Bank & the World Bank which was held in Riyadh during April 2002 and has recently co-authored an article published in the February 2004 edition of AsiaLaw on Sukuk (Islamic bonds).
Mohammed began his career as a Counsel in the legal department of the World Bank.
While at the World Bank, Mohammed was the recipient of the World Bank's performance award for his outstanding work on the emergency rehabilitation project in the West Bank & Gaza in December 2000.
