Brand new for 2008 the PENSIONS AND INVESTMENT UK SCHEME COMMUNICATIONS AWARDS will recognise the crucial role of communications in the efficient running of occupational pension schemes.
The Awards will take place at lunchtime on Friday 5th December 2008, at the Cumberland Hotel in London. The champagne reception starts at 12.30pm followed by a formal 3 course lunch. The awards ceremony will take place after the lunch finishing at approxomately 4pm. The bar will remain open for guests until 5pm.
Entries
Trustees and plan sponsors have had some uncomfortable stories to tell their members in recent years. Those that make it through the difficult times and are stronger as a result are the ones that have been successful at getting the message across to members and helping them through whatever process they have embarked upon.
Entries will be called for categories covering all parts of a communication exercise including all media. They may be entered by schemes alone, or in partnership with their communications consultant, actuarial or investment adviser. The winners will be announced at a formal lunch presentation ceremony on the 5th December 2008.
